The Customer Service Representative is primarily responsible for providing customer service support to the organization by obtaining, analyzing and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner working with customers via the phone and periodically in person, to take orders and answer questions regarding product availability, order status, pricing etc. This position is also responsible for initiating and/or implementing corrective action as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction are maintained by performing the following duties. Resolve difficult customer problems and complaints as well as general customer service issues. Maintain and create new customer relationships. Perform other related duties as assigned or requested. This is not a floral design position.
