The Customer Service Representative position is primarily responsible
for providing customer service support to the organization by
obtaining, analyzing and verifying the accuracy of order information
in a timely manner. In this position you are the face of our company,
promoting the highest level of friendliness, helpfulness and
efficiency while working in a team environment. You must be able to
resolve general customer service issues, maintain and create new
customer relationships, perform other related duties as assigned or
requested. The candidate must be comfortable working both alone and as
part of a team. This is not a floral design position.
